 Shipping & Delivery

Biovitz Care LLC ships all its products from USA and domestic deliveries are within 5 to 7 days and International deliveries are within 7 to 14 days.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped within 1-2business days. Transit time is 2-5 days within the USA, depending on location. Covid-19 may cause longer than usual transit times. Transit estimates are in the map below.

How do you ship packages?

Packages are shipped nationwide via USPS and Overseas items are normally shipped via DHL or USPS. All our products are made and shipped from USA.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide. However, due to specific laws in some countries, we are unable to ship to those countries. Please see the list of prohibited countries below:

Products Prohibited Countries: Afghanistan, Botswana, Cuba, Egypt, Estonia,  India, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Myanmar, North Korea, Samoa, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. (Please note that we do not offer refunds for items blocked by customs. Please make sure you are allowed to receive health supplements from overseas before you make a purchase.)

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at cs@biovitz.com

Will my items be sent in one package?

Yes we ship all our house brand items in one package if you place order for different items in one checkout. If you purchased few products separately and would like to combine the shipping, please contact us at cs@biovitz.com and we shall make that arrangement for you.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at cs@biovitz.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please read our Return & Refund Policy

Lost/Stolen Packages

Biovitz Care LLC (www.biovitz.com) is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. If you have any further questions on how to do this please reach out to our customer support team at cs@biovitz.com

We do not issue the refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within our control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address or Your customs blocked the parcel)

You have exceeded the guaranteed refund period of maximum 37 days.
