Hits like a freight train! – Taste is great. Start with a half scoop this stuff will hit you like a freight train when you take your last sip you will already be chugging along be ready to pump. Taking it a half hour before is NOT needed as your eyes will be vibrating out of your head if you takenit that early. No crash after, great pump, great focus and will leave your mind locked in all day. DO NOT try to take this if you have any plans of sleeping this is best for morning workouts.If you take this then try to go home and sleep the night club in your brain will have other plans for you.

If you like Watermelon… – And getting amped before the lifts. Yeah, I’m not super happy with where I tried to take this review either. Mainly because I’m not real sure it made it there. Anyway, that’s the flavor. Has a bit of a bite to it. If you know what that flavor is that pre-workout drinks attempt to mask, that’s it. Doesn’t fully mask it. Not bad though, perhaps a little odd of a flavor but it’s good.

Watermelon flavor is not bad – This is a really good pre-workout. I get up early in the morning and sometimes I am dragging into the gym. I take one scoop with 4-6 ounces of water. Within 20 minutes I am full of energy and workouts are intense for me. I’m not a beginner and have used many other pre-workouts in the past. The Watermelon taste is not bad. Also, there is no post workout anxiety or tingly feeling. I really like it and I can see the results in my workouts.
